Refund Policy

30-day refund — any reason

If you purchase a one-time product (Roof Estimate Review Report, Document Preparation & Certified Mail Service, or Concierge Estimate Review) and you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email hello@checkmyroof.ai with your order details and we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Subscription refunds

Contractor subscriptions (Lite, Pro, Enterprise) can be cancelled at any time and you will not be charged again. The current billing month is non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of your paid period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@checkmyroof.ai with the email address you used at checkout and your order ID (visible on your Stripe receipt). Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5 business days.

Concierge service exceptions

Concierge Estimate Review purchases are refundable until work begins. Once a licensed contractor has started reviewing your estimate, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.
